If you’ve placed an order with Kohl’s over the last couple of weeks (especially during Black Friday), be on the lookout for an email with the subject line “Important information about your kohls.com order“. Several readers have reported getting this email from Kohl’s with a FREE $25 code in it valid to use both online and in-store! This $25 credit is an apology for deliveries being late due to the weather. Sweet!

I just got mine, too. My order was over a week late…I was worried but know it’s the holidays and it could be late, just hopefully would get it before Christmas. This is very cool for them to send out this gift, and it doesn’t expire for one year! WOW!

I have a problem with kohl’s right now. So I ordered a mixer then a few hours later I realized if I added a couple more small items I would have gotten another $15 kohl’s cash.. So I called them to cancel but they said it can’t be canceled just have to return the first order when it arrives. So I placed a new order with other things to get another $15 kohls cash. When I received the first mixer I took it to the store to return and got a refund .. But now I haven’t received my second mixer. When I email them the person keeps on telling me that I already got credit for the one I didn’t receive.. And I explained to her that I got a refund cause I took it to the store and never receive a second one.. And she keeps on saying that no it shows I received one (shipped) and for the other I was credited but I tried to tell her that the one I received I brought to the store and receive credit (that same mixer). I’m not sure how else to explain to her.. So now I’m freaking out cause I paid for two and this person does not understand me and isn’t trying to understand my situation..
I have found their cs by phone to be less than adequate. I ran into a problem where a store manager called on my behalf and he was ready to pull his hair out due to their inability to understand the situation. I would try to get a manager from your local store involved. Good luck.
I’m so devastated, I wasted my who day emailing the CS back and forth in the end she just said “it shows one shipped and one returned and nothing is on the way if you would like another mixer to ship you would have to place another order” well duh I know that I can place another order to get another mixer she doesn’t get that I paid for two and only received one! She keeps on saying we have refunded you the one that didn’t get sent… But I told her that no they refunded me for the one that got sent and I took it to the store and return!! Ugg so frustrating! Esp cause I have a newborn and don’t have much time to deal with this!!
I got this email today for a toy that was originally $44 I paid $14 and some change so basically with the $25 credit I got it for free with and extra $10 to spend. Very impressed with how Khols handled this. I didn’t even contact them with a complaint. I cant wait to see what kind of after Christmas deals they have for me to spend my $25 on 🙂

My Christmas gift is still “in fulfillment” status. There is no way it will be here by Christmas. Now I have to venture out and shop for clothes all over again, but in the crowds, which was the reason I ordered online! Is anyone else getting slammed with virus emails saying “Here’s your Kohl’s $25 Gift”? I know they are spam/viruses to click on in the email because they aren’t coming to my Kohl’s email account. I get like a dozen every single day since they put out that $25 gift card. I sent an email to Kohl’s 2 days ago with no response. I don’t want to get on the phone with them for 2 hours for nothing.
I got a letter today dec 21 with $25 off next purchase, expires dec 31. did everyone get expiration date of 10 days? that is very nice of them to send despite the weather across much of USA.
