I love this company but a warning to you newbies – this company is based out of Hong Kong so your bank MAY charge you an international transaction fee. I have a Visa card with Bank of America and the order I placed before Christmas came with a fee – I can’t remember the exact amount but it was under a $1. The quality is great – my fave product are the ornaments – so it’s totally worth it…just didn’t want anyone to be surprised! 🙂

I give up!!! No codes worked for me, I even created a new account in my husbands name in case we couldn’t use it if we have used a 99 cent code in the past and it’s still saying “sorry one time use only”! Wanted the makeup bag for my Mom’s birthday but not for $19.99!
Yes, that’s why you couldnt get it to work, but also in the terms and conditions that a rep at Artscow directed me to it says one per household, so that’s probably the issue you ran into with your husband’s account.
I put my husbands name but I put my Mom’s address and it still didn’t work even though my Mom has never had an account with them so that’s really odd!
My family and I were frustrated that none of us could get any codes to work so I initiated a chat with Artscow from their website and even tho this is a NEW promotion expiring in February or up to 20,000 orders, because I ordered in the spring of last year with a DIFFERENT 99cent promotion, I am not eligible to do it this year. I’m literally irritated beyond belief at the 2 hours I just wasted making a “cosmetic” bag for my 4 year old to use to put her little people toys in while in the car. Such a waste, I wish you would have forewarned those of us who have used this promotion in the past (but a year ago, seriously?!) 🙁
