If you did indeed receive this offer, print it out OR pull it up on your phone and then just show it to the Starbucks cashier after you order. Note that you must have received this offer and you must pay with your registered Starbucks card in order to qualify.

I agree with you. I have been Starbucks reward program for three years and NEVER receive any email on free stuffs. Weird and not fair!!

Their “food’ is a joke.Thier sandwiches are premade and kept in the fridge. When you order thier $4-5 sandwich, they just pop it in the microwave, heat and serve. I had a BOGO coupon & bought two once in a drive thru, not knowing any better. Then I happen to go inside to buy the tomato mozzarella & witnessed the fridge full of sandwiches. Not saying that some of thier sandwiches don’t taste good, though. =)
They actually use a convection oven. Bacon & bread is able to crisp up a bit :).
I’ve achieved gold status there for the next 3 years (yes I got there almost daily) and DID receive this offer. So I’m wondering if it’s more random assignment than frequent flyer? Idk.
I never get them either and that’s exactly what I wondered too…. if it’s because they only send it to folks who don’t go very often.

Once agin, not a deal I get. In fact I haven’t had one of these deals yet.

Check your starbucks account. I had a Tall Drink waiting in my account.
I also just called customer service and they stated that Green Star Members DON’T receive the emails with all the special promos. Only Gold Star Members and that the emails are random.
That is completely untrue. I’m a Green Star Member and I get the emails all the time. I just got the $2 off an espresso drink today.

I found this in the Starbucks rewards terms & conditions:
“You must opt-in to receive promotional and marketing offers from Starbucks and provide a valid email, telephone and physical address in order to receive your special offers”
Maybe check your settings?

50% food. the breakfast artisan sandwich is really good there, esp when it comes out fresh and hot. Put the starbucks app on your phone. you will see the promotions in there sooner than the email. I lost out on a promotion previously due to it being on my app /account but not in the emails. u will be surprise.

Offers don’t expire even if u don’t have A balance especially if it’s FREE.

I stopped going to starbucks after I got pregnant with my first child last year, but before that i used to go almost daily. I choose not to drink coffee right now since i’m breastfeeding but I have been getting their promotions lately and today I got the Free tall drink offer. I just give it to my family members since my husband only drinks Nespresso we have the lattisima plus espresso machine.
For those of you with the free drink offer- how do you redeem it? I went to Starbucks with app open and showed her the page with the code. However, she didn’t know how to redeem it and just gave me my drink without ringing me up. Are they supposed to scan something, or enter a code manually on the register?
They have to enter the 3 digit promo code and then they swipe your card or scan your app. Hope that helps

You should buy a $5 card and register it. It’s doesn’t take much, I rarely pay for my cards just use rewards (Disney or coke) to claim them then add them to the card I have.
Just sign up and register any Starbucks gift card to your account. Fill in your info on your profile, birthday etc. ALSO opt-in to receive promotional emails and then just keep reloading the register gift card to pay for your purchases (or if you have the app on your phone, pay with your app)

If you downloaded the Starbucks app. Look under your benefits where the stars are located and it will tell you if that reward is on your card.

My account shows 50% off food earlier today but just got the email stating its a free bagel. Did anyone else get this email?
I got the same email, I wish I would’ve gone in earlier for the 50% off food since I wouldn’t go in there for a bagel. On another note, I’ve gotten $2 off food on my card and saw the reward looking on my app. I redeemed it for a snowman cookie with no issues. The next day the email came saying the $2 was off a breakfast sandwich.
