HA! HA! I have band-aids on both my index fingers from cutting myself. I could really use this class. It is difficult using my fingers with band-aids on them. My left finger cut is so deep I have had to wear a dressing for 3 weeks now. Maybe the class has a course on safety with knife cutting ;).
Just checked the course out. Looks like a winner!
Hope you enjoy it, Anna! 😀
Take care of those fingers!
I could certainly improve my knife skills so I will definitely sign up for this. Thanks Collin!
You are welcome, Bunny!
Thank you, Collin!! I always wanted to improve my knife skills, this is a perfect way to do so. 🙂
You are so welcome, Loren!
Thank you, learning any kind of culinary skill is expensive.
Minus the droves of free youtube vids
Yea!!! I’m excited! Just started cooking this is really gonna help!
Thanks Collin 🙂 I’ve enrolled for pizza making class
Thanks! I’ve been wanting to take classes!
Nice! Not only can I take a class to improve knife skills – at my convenience (which is important with 2 little ones under 2) – but I am also signed up for a pizza making class (always wanted to try it) and a color combination quilting video (I quilt occasionally, but figure this would help with my scrapbooking and cardmaking as well)! Thanks Collin! 😀
I signed up for this class and if you look around…there r quite a few other FREE CLASSES!!! Thank you!!
I typed “free” into the search field and found quite a few other free classes and patterns.

This website is really awesome. I like that it has the videos, and breaks them down into different mini lessons for slight variations.
