Received email today cancelling my free item.
Was it the lotion? I emailed them and they said the free lotion was very limited and went quick. They are suppose to be sending me the candle for free desperate from my order.
Call customer service, they will send you out another lotion. I also had mine cancelled and one quick phone call took care of it. Good Luck!
I received my order today and was surprised that it came in two boxes. Opened one up and it is someone else’s order, included their order and everything! So if a Kathy from Annona, Texas is missing their order, I have it…. I’m calling customer service right now to see what I need to do with it.

I received my order today and the box was ripped!
At first, I saw the side corner was ripped/torn open. I walked into my house to put my stuff down, tried to pick up the box from the bottom, and the whole bottom seam of the box opened!
Of course I took pictures and contacted B&BW..waiting to hear back from them.. Anyone else have any issues??

I received my order today and one of the tabs off a spray was broken. I called the customer service number and they happy took care of my issue! I’d say give them a call and I’m sure they would do what ever they could to help with the situation. Seriously, the best customer service I have ever dealt with with.
Ugh. Mine got stuck in transit because of the awful weather in Minneapolis. I hope my soap doesn’t freeze!
I have to share an amazing CS story with BBW. I saw this deal on hip2save and I was offered the free lotion. I was a little upset to find out that a couple days later my lotion item was cancelled.
