I bought those yesterday in hopes that they don’t have triclisan! If they do I’ll return them.

Regular soap doesn’t but anything antibacterial must carry an expiration date per the FDA. HTH.

Hi Carrie, I’m not trying to start drama on here and everyone has a right to their own opinion on what to purchase for their family but the FDA has just given companies one year to prove Triclosan is safe. Google it for more info. It’s in antibacterial soap and other products.

The candle did not pop up for me when I used Firefox, but did when I used Google Chrome.
Ladies, what worked for me yesterday was opening an incognito window in Google Chrome and placing my order in that window. After you open that, add 6 of the 4-pk hand soaps that are $5.50 and something random like the Forever Red Vanilla Rum fragrance spray. Now go to checkout and the candle should pop up. Then open a tab and sign into ebates/SAH, and go to B&BW through that tab to complete your order. Good luck!

I could not get the free shipping to work this morning when using the 25% off discount code – it told me only one promo allowed….
I finally got everything to work. I’m not entirely sure what did it. I tried opening an incognito window in Google Chrome and placing my order in that window. That didn’t bring up the candle pop up until AFTER I cleared the cookies. However, just clearing the cookies in Firefox and Explorer did not work.

I called customer service because I was paying with a $25 Visa Gift Card my total was ringing up $27.60 and I didn’t know where to enter the gift card info. The customer service rep was so nice. He informed me that I could not pay with the gift card then pay the remaining balance with my credit card online because the system would not allow it. But he said he would do a phone order and for my trouble he would give me a customer appreciation discount. What does “add a sleeve” mean to these sanitizers?
Well I caved there’s a non winter soap on there for 2.75$ I got 24 soaps to use as gifts / favors at my sisters bridal shower in April / total52$ so not bad! Prob cheaper than anything else I would have done.

Me too! I called their customer service because that is part of why i made the order and they are shipping me a regular cherry blossom lotion instead. You might want to call although they should have just done that automatically in my opinion.
I ordered Saturday evening and received ship confirmation today and it said the candle was shipping.
I emailed them about the lotion and they said it was very limited and went fast. They are going to ship me the candle for free instead. They said it would be shipped separate from my original order placed.
I was suppose to got the free lotion I added to my cart. It never showed up in my cart or my order confirmation. I emailed them and with in 24hrs they responded. They said the free lotion was very limited and it was only offered to certain customers at random. So they are going to send me the candle instead for free. Thought that was really nice.
