I am trying to print the coupon for a free bag of Pro plan dog food from Petco and it won’t let me print it? It says the coupon is good until 2/15/14 and it is only 2/9/14??? Help!!!!

My husband went just a few minutes ago and they did not honor the coupon. They said the barcode was supposed to have different numbers and they have gotten over 300 coupons with the same barcode, so they are not honoring them any longer. Any one else have this issue?

yeah, but they decided to stop honoring it, I got one bag the day before, so I guess one is better than none.
I wrote to them and (after waiting for weeks and then having to write again to notify Petsmart that no one had even responded), I received a form letter stating that supposedly “the coupon you presented was a Purina offer specific to Petco stores, and is not redeemable at PetSmart. We apologize for any inconvenience.” This is arbitrary nonsense! Moreover, I was treated horrendously by the manager when I politely protested about the coupon being denied for bogus reasons (he tried to claim it was counterfeit and that Petco wasn’t accepting them either, which conflicted with the in-store memo posted at the register instructing cashiers not to take it merely because it had “gone viral”). In order to get rid of me, he actually resorted to asking me to leave the store or he would “call the police”. Shameful. Coincidentally, I happened to receive a survey on my receipt that day, on which I indicated on that I -did- wish to be contacted, so the PetSmart management team not only ignored my e-mail forwarded to them by customer service via their contact form, but they also disregarded my survey response input. Consequently, after I redeem the survey award I may not go back there again.
I went in to get my 2 bags, but the manager immediately showed me the company wide email about these coupons being fake and not anything that Petco approved. They would not be receiving any compensation for these. Don’t blame the people at the store. They are just doing their job. They have to follow the rules or else they can get taken advantage of or fired. People that get so angry over a few bags of food crack me up. Give me a break. It is stuff like this that causes stores to be wary of all coupons and pretty soon if enough of these fake ones get thru they will stop honoring any all together.
