The only thing keeping this company in business are the prices. Their shipping and handling is horrible takes 2x longer than competitors. Their inventory control is horrible and they don’t tell you until you have tried to place an order that an item is out of stock and to needs to be removed from the shopping cart. Then you need to place the order again. I ordered some boots in December and they did not ship for 1 week and it took another 2 to reach me. I was satisfied with the boots and the price. I gave up tonight. Not worth the trouble.
I ordered in December as well and was happy with my order. Took 3 or 4 days longer than I expected to receive my order, but it was right before Christmas so it made sense to me that they weren’t super speedy in their arrival. I was impressed by how soft and high quality the shirts and leggings were. Just ordered again:)

I agree I love shopping in their store, but not so much online. I ordered boots for my daughter on December 1st, they arrived on December 24th. took 2 weeks for them to even ship out. So if your not in a hurry I would order from them again. The order in December was my 3rd order with them and it was the one that took the longest. The quality of the items is good and the prices are good but shipping is slow.
While I like their clothes, I had issues with inventory as well. I ordered 7 items, received 5 although packing slip said 6 were sent with one backordered. They credited one item after 4 weeks and I went round n round via emails and finally gave up on getting $2.34 back for missing item or getting replacement. Always out of stock they said, no matter what I chose. As soon as I received order I notified them of missing item, but no response for 3.5 weeks due to ” their server issues with emails”.

I was pleasantly surprised with my order. The company bought out the American eagle children’s line and changed it but kept the quality. Too bad there are only two stores in my state and they aren’t very close
