I shopped at Kroger in Richland, MS on Feb. 17. I found the 16 count pack on sale and had 2 of the $2 off 12 or larger (nla, and I didn’t check to see how long the sale goes on). I had one of the b1g1 free 4 rolls coupon but I could not find a that small pack. I did see a 4 ct pack of regular rolls but not the double. I will have to use at walmart, I guess.
