We love our citrus lane boxes. Last month’s box had nice “big” book, nice kitchen toys for kiddos, a plate with sections and some cream for mommy’s!!!! I feel like it is totally worth it.

I treated my son (and myself, let’s be honest:) to a 6 month subscription for Christmas when they also had a shop credit special. It has been so fun to get the box each month — I really look forward to it! He’s 4.5 years younger than my older child, so it’s fun for him to get new things just for him:)[/h2s_box]

Collin, will the $20 off code work for a 3 month subscription too?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, the code will take $20 off a 3-month subscription. 😀

Be careful ordering from them just for the promo…I am still waiting for refunds from DEC & JAN!!! They do not respond to emails and it’s impossible to reach someone through their customer service number!

I had no problem getting a refund when they overcharged me- hold until the phone stops ringing an an answering machine will pick up- I left a message and they called me back within 20min and reversed the charge right away. They did take over a week to respond to my email though. https://www.citruslane.com/invitedby/Chelsea.Vincent.2725417 🙂

FYI, you can’t use someone’s referral link and do this deal.

    • Cvvaldez

My friends have used my referral link and used the free box code when available and I get credit

Is it hard to cancel? I tried a promo deal with Stork Stack and it was a nightmare to get out of. I emailed someone saying I wanted to cancel but apparently they didn’t get it in time and so I was sent another box which ended up having items from a new company that were all recalled! I think I’m done with “subscription” boxes. I can find baby items for cheap during other sales.

I had no problem with their company and spoke to them yesterday vnd they were very helpful.. I got my box free with the promo code BABYCENTERFT and their also offering free shipping if you purchase anything from their shop =)

This TOTALLY worked! Thank you SO much! I am excited that I was able to try it for FREE! Share this code! 🙂 (Also, I hope they gave you credit for me using your link!)

I would never pay $29 for that little bit of stuff so you’re really not getting a “deal”. Nine dollars is pretty reasonable though.

I agree. A while back they had a free box promo so I gave it a try. I wanted some items to include in a baby gift for a relative. I found the “value” to be very inflated. I could do much better on my own with clearance, sales, coupon codes, etc. I would never pay what this costs but $9 is ok. Mine had a onesie, a small book, a tiny lotion and a rattle and the value was supposedly something like $75.

When should i cancel if i just want the promo box and then no more? Do i need to wait till first box arrives then call and cancel?

    • J

I canceled right after we received it so there was plenty of time before the next shipped. We had really great items for our first box but I just don’t want to gamble with the full price every month and possibly not like the items. It was easy to cancel online.

      • Keri

        How do you cancel?

    • Cvvaldez

I think you need to cancel by the 27th of the month, go to their website and read the FAQs
