    The guy at walgreens photo told me that if i keep getting all the walgreens freebies he would eventually have to freeze my account. He said they keep track of every freebie you get in the photo department, and for me..thats alot! 👎😂😂

      What? They are giving away the freebies so what does it matter?

      The last time I ordered the Freebie. (A couple weeks back) I received a call as well from my local Manager. Was told I could only order one per account and its not a “lets take all” Was kind of upset because I order prints often. They are not always free but I do make sure to use promo codes. I have been going there for years, even make the drive since its an extra mile away from my house and I have another right around the corner. I may need to switch stores :/

        To EMC and Gina: I think you should call corporate and tell them what they said and that it is really rude for them to tell you that you can not take advantage of the offers that they are putting out. I don’t think there is a policy that you can’t take advantage of all the free promos that they have. I think they just don’t want to spend the time printing your photos if you are not paying anything. That is just plain laziness and terrible customer service. I really can’t believe you have both been told this. it’s nuts!

      My Wags has done the same thing on a few occasions even going so far to cancel my order once on their Christmas card promo & later on a collage. Kind of frustrating since they offer it free then treat me like I’m stealing. Leaves a sour taste but the pics bring lots of joy to our G&G’s so I’ll keep at it!! Wags could really use a customer service makeover 🙂

      I have an account for each person in my family (5 of us). I’ve ordered 1 freebie per account for the last 3 years (that’s A LOT of freebies) and no account has ever been frozen and they’ve never said a negative word about it, despite it not being a particularly coupon-friendly store. So I think your Walgreen’s employees are just trying to scare you off. I’m pretty certain they can’t freeze your account, only corporate can. Walgreens puts out these freebies, so why would they freeze your account for using a code THEY gave you?

      I would definitely call corporate if I were you. You are using a valid promo codes to get the freebies. If Walgreens didn’t want you to get freebies they wouldn’t release any free promo codes. I personally hate it when cashiers make up their own rules just because they don’t like it when someone gets a free item.

        i will keep getting freebies as long as walgreens offers them, I might have to go to a different location where the photo center isn’t so uptight 🙂 and if I have another problem I will def call corporate 🙂

      I have called the 1-800 # while standing in the store when I get crappy coupon service like that. One time the 1-800 # guy hung up with me and then called the store that I was at to give them an attitude adjustment because they refused to take both of my coupons on a bogo sale because they said “you can’t use a coupon on a free item” then they refused to look up their policy when I told them it was in their policy. As soon as the 1-800 # guy called them they came back to the counter and took my coupons and apologized. I really think some cashiers get mad at couponers because they’re not smart enough to get freebies!

      You can pick it up later :). Thanks Collin ordered one for my nephew with various photos of him and his bride to be. Picked up a nice frame at goodwill for $2 so a cute gift for $2!

      You can pick up later. I live 45 minutes from the nearest Walgreens and I’ve picked up a week later. It’s no problem. They may give you a reminder call, but it’s free when you pick it up.

    I think if Walgreens cant handle those $4.49 freebies, they should add requirement for the promo code, like 1 freebie every 3 months something like that. Its rude that they accept the promo code and then call us like we’re stealing from them.

      I agree! If it is such a problem for them then they should set a limit per account or address. But calling people and saying you will have your account froze is bad customer service.

        They didn’t call me, they just told me when I went to pick-up that my account would be frozen if I kept getting the freebies without actually buying anything.
