   How is their sizing? I’m normally a s/m but have a size large hoodie from hollister that fits perfectly and I feel like the clothing style is pretty similar to hollister. I have my eye on the t-shirt hoodies

   all I can say is sweet! In need of new bras and sportsbras, and this was better than buying at Target… also came with a free return shipping label so I can do an in-home fashion show and discreetly return anything that doesn’t fit.    I tried buying 2 sweatshirts earlier today using Paypal, and while Paypal took money out of my account, the order did not go through. By the time I had noticed this, the sweatshirt that I really wanted was already sold out in my size.

   I called American Eagle customer support as they are open 24 hours, and the girl I talked to was very quick to suggest price matching a sweatshirt that was still full price in any color I wanted, as nothing could be done about the clearanced one that was sold out. I was not happy about Paypal taking the money out of my account when the order did not go through, but the awesome girl at customer support got it all worked out for me and made me feel a little better about it. I’ll feel a lot better when the first payment is returned to my Paypal account. 🙂

   So just to let anyone know that may be hesitant about calling their customer support about anything, they’re pretty freakin’ great!

  Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago and then again a few months before that. I’ll only use a credit card on AE now. Too much of a hassle to try to get your money back.
