What is Target’s coupon policy regarding free items? I already printed several $1/2 Kashi Cereal coupons… could I use two of those?

My target in las vegas is closing and the freezer food is 30% off! Stocked up on a few things. And chocolate and gummy bagged candy is 50% off! Scored 3 bagged candy Bites for $0.10 each!!! Awesome! :)☀️

Target.com has a $1/2 cereals MQ. I was able to use 2 of those coupons with no problems!
The coupon says redeemable at winco…will they still take it?
Redeemable At “XXX Store” is just a -suggestion- to use it there, but it can be redeemed anywhere. Now, if it said Redeemable ONLY At XXX Store, that would be the only store you could use it.
