Starting on the 11th, Rite Aid has EcoTools BOGO 50%, plus $4 +up on $10, limit 2. So far that looks like the best deal.
You can also use this at Ulta with their store coupon of $3.50/$10 🙂 I bought makeup brushes that way…great deal…
But this for hair brushes not makeup brushes.
At Walgreens they are 10.49 and a deal if you buy 1 you get 1,000 points. So $6.49 after coupon.
