The was the best thing ever when I was recovering from four months on bed rest AND my csection! I was so weak and in pain I could barely hold my big 9lb baby! It made breastfeeding so much easier and my little guy would fall asleep on it! I would keep it on and let him sleep on the pillow against me while I watched TV or visited with people. It’s so firm I never had to worry about him sinking into it. I had a Boppy too and it was terrible, completely useless. MBF pillow was by far the most used baby gear for me the first 8 weeks!
This is the greatest invention!!!! Much better than the boppy pillow.

This is one of the best gifts that I got when I was expecting my first child. I purchased the Boppy also and we ended up returning it. I had a hard time healing after having an emergency Cesarean and this pillow was a God send!
I loved this pillow after my c-section too! I just ordered some for gifts. My sister is having a boy in August so I will just look for a blue cover to get for her but this is a great price. I think I paid $40 for mine when they first came out!
I was really excited about this product and bought one several years ago. The chemical smell from the foam was so high though, that I never used it. Read the 1 star reviews before purchasing.
Maybe they have changed something since then because I’m very sensitive to chemical smells and mine had none at all!
I just bought one! Sucks there is only pink left…but oh well it is still cute and I am due any minute and I don’t feel so bad getting it for 14. When it was 40 I was leery because the reviews are mixed.

It is filled with foam! You can remove the slipcover for washing. I used a boppy to breastfeed my son, got another this time around for my daughter but it drove me nuts (the boppy) because it constantly created a gap between myself and the baby and I had to keep pulling it closer to myself. Ordered the My Brestfriend a couple of months ago and absolutely love it! It clips around the waist so it does not budge, the back support it gives feels great and the pillow is firmer than a boppy which I find way better for breastfeeding! There are also bumps on the pillow to help hold the baby’s head a little higher, and a little pocket which is useful for holding Vitamin D drops, nail clippers, nipple cream, etc. I now use my boppy to help prop my daughter in a sitting position, and that’s about it! I’ll always use a My Brestfriend from now on!
