    I got an email saying I had 5K in “surprise points” for Kmart, but when I went to redeem them it’s giving me an error saying I can’t use points on this purchase. Any ideas or solutions? I wanted to get 4 sets for gifts/family members, thankfully both local stores have them in stock!

  Surprise points sometimes have exclusions. If you log into your account and view your points, it will tell you what they are.

  Danette if you have the receipt for your old set you can purchase the cheaper set now and return them using the old receipt.
