In the last 4 months I have ordered 11 free magazines only 1 has come very disappointed

Got mine- not like I really need another magazine- but when it is free and about my hobby I can’t not get it.
I tried but after going through everything brings me back to first screen to enter info again it’s a repeating cycle never did that before usually it’s 123 but again never received any of them yet
