Is this because of their semi annual cosmetic sale? Love when that comes around and I have coupons! Great deals usually in June and December.
I saw some Covergirl eye shadows on clearance at Target today 🙂
In my target I saw some CG lip gloss for 2.44 and with the 2.00off coupon from the PG a couple weeks ago I got me a few for .44 each

I scored a cover girls lipslicks in #onlyu for $3.35. – $1.50 mq cover girl lip product coupon! Love instagram’s #cvsclearance
Check the other makeup brands at your CVS…mine had select Revlon, L’oreal, Sally Hansen on 50% clearance too – eye, nail, lip, and face!
I did find these covergirl items (as well as the waterproof mascara in a purple wand) unmarked at 50% off in DFW TX. I didn’t have the coupons but still a good deal since it’s my preferred makeup.
