How much does this retail for at other stores? Can anyone else find this elsewhere? Often I think the discount and pricing is inflated on Amazon.
I agree. I often check the price at other retails such as Lowes and Home Depot and with an item like this they often ship for free. I am finding Amazon’s prices to be higher in many cases and have started buying elsewhere.

Amazon is becoming like most online places…they give a high retail price and then a big discount. They’re service is great..quick shipping, etc. But you’re wise to check other places before buying from them.
I have to disagree on the Amazon comments. Not every item is cheaper, but I have found it to be cheaper LOTS of times when I am shopping for a particular item. I get Luvs diapers through Subscribe and Save, and I’ve done the math and shopped around – it is bottom line cheaper on amazon than anywhere else. That alone for me makes me love amazon. But I’ve bought so many other great things that were cheaper on amazon than elsewhere. Just like any other store, it’s about knowing your prices and shopping around. This particular deal may not be the greatest, but nobody can make me change my mind about the awesomeness that is amazon/amazon prime LOL.
Just be aware this comes with NO shelves. The picture shows shelves, but they are not included.
Umm…maybe I’m wrong, but, if most places are selling this item for $149, then $119 is still a $30 savings!! The “reg.” price may be inflated, but that doesn’t mean you’re not getting a good deal! As others have said, check around online to see the going rate for items before you buy — but shouldn’t we do that in ANY case?
