   That is a good deal, but I highly recommend one with a timer. Those are so great so set in AM before going to work.

   The handles broke off my old crock pot awhile back (not this particular one btw) and the knob came off yesterday. This will be perfect to get me by until I research for a good replacement – or until this dies!

   I know I have said this before but these with the turn dial settings are better than the timer because if the power blinks while you are at work it will not reset leaving your roast partially cooked. Speaking from experience.

  Yes, 5 quart is nice size. For me 3 quart was good. But this one is nice size to have it.

    For those of you who bought this you will not be disappointed. It is an awesome cooker and it does what it is supposed to which is SLLLLOOOOOWWWWWW cook! I have 3 Hamilton Beach and love them. Got rid of Rival crockpots I had. All they did was burn everything.
