Ouch, after hitting neighborhood rummage sales this past weekend I guess I am in sticker shock. It’s tough to pay even $5 per item when you get used to paying 50 cents to $2 a piece!

its not taking 20% off clearance for me
the 20% off clearance disappeared while i was shopping, instead of all clearance items noting the additional 20% off it switched to just saying clearance savings….lost some respect for carters today on that note, I did contact customer service we shall see what they say, I was about to order $40 worth of clothes for my baby on the way
Is that what happened?! That sucks! And that’s not right!! I was browsing earlier on my ipod but didn’t have time to really sit down and purchase, and it was an additional 20% off when I added it to the cart. But, now when I sat down at the computer to actually buy, it’s not taking off that additional 20% off!!

I’m having the same experience. It was working earlier when I was browsing around 1 PM, but now at 6:15 there’s no additional 20% off.
I really appreciate this deal but once the deal goes south and they company changes it such as cancelling the Extra 20% Off as it’s happened to all of us now, it would be nice if this posting would be Updated Please so as not to prompt someone else to place an order only to find out too late they aren’t giving us the 20% now. So I called customer service. Took about 20min on hold. They are aware that the website is not taking the additional savings. You can place the order and call them back to make the adjustments which is what I will do so I can take advantage of the amount of items they have currently.
