I got this the last time that it was on sale for $2.99.. I canceled before the next order came. Actually I canceled almost immediately after receiving the first box. They still charged my credit card for the second box and I sent it back unopened. Still waiting to find out if they will remove the charge from my credit card so buyer beware !! And I spent an hour and 40 minutes on the phone waiting to cancel my order. I received an email confirming my cancellation on the same day that they charged my credit card the full amount for the second box. It’s a lot of hassle I think for a little bit of product.
I had no issues canceling. it took five minutes tops. I also loved the box I got last time and thought they were great polish.
if you sign up for a subscription service, read the details. Colin doesn’t hide that you have to cancel, and it’s clearly stated in their terms that you have to do it before the 24th of the month, if my memory is right.
Their stuff is awful not worth 2.99,cancelled immediately and told them why. Junk.
Is “new” a new mailing address or name/email address?
This is such a rip off! I was excited for the box to come and saw what was in it, was like ??? well, that was $2.99, but forgot to cancel before the date and the next box that came had a clear nail polish and 3 pixie sticks! NOT worth the money, time or energy waiting for the dates to cancel or do anything else.

I think Julep makes great products and they always have awesome discounts.
As much as I love make up, and let alone a good deal on make up…this is not a great one! I got my box a month or so ago and it was all pretty terrible, less than drug store quality. Also, there wasn’t much in my box, one nail polish and one lipgloss. The nail polish chipped easily and the gloss was very watery, didn’t last for more than half an hour. I had no problems cancelling, but just a heads up to you ladies!
I’m so surprised that people have had such a bad time with Julep products – I own many of their nail polishes and have never had them chip or be of bad quality. I’ve been a “maven” for about a year. I can’t use their lip gloss or other makeup so maybe those are bad? I’m not sure. They have excellent sales a few times a year – I just did a gift package for a friend that was $12 for seven nail polishes and a bracelet on sale.
Also, you can skip the packages each month if you want to, so you don’t have to receive a package every month if you don’t want to. They always give you at least a week to cancel.
