The window to sign up is closed. Collin posted the sign up several days ago. If you signed up then, you would receive a text or email today from Dominoes to try to grab an e card. Since I didn’t sign up previously, I didn’t receive a text or email to be able to try to snag an ecard. I did sign up just now though for future promos. Thanks Collin 🙂
