I haven’t been able to find these in the store, where are they located ?
I found them at the bakery counter

that’s where they’re supposed to be. but if u don’t see them, ask. i had to & only the bakery ppl knew of them & he had to get it from the back for me. hth
We found them by the fresh cakes in the bakery section, just randomly stacked inside a refrigerated case.

It took me a couple of months and visits to three Krogers before I finally spotted them. At my store, it was directly in front of the cakes on a raised refrigerated table with two tiers. My store had 3-4 varieties of the jars.
This won’t work if you loaded it last time and used it.
It took me almost a month to find them in our Fred Meyer store. They were in the refrigerated section of the Bakery. Coupon also stated something about not available at all locations. They had a Tres Leche one and a Chocolate one. I picked the chocolate one but didnt notice it said it had cayenne pepper. I always thought when they added cayenne to dessert items it was just a pinch to make it interesting. This just screamed cayenne. After one bit I had to toss it in the garbage. Cute jar tho. 🙂
Loaded last time, used it and it just let me load it now. It is showing in my account.
I loaded it to my card, but then it does not show up as one of my coupons. Is anyone else having this problem?
I am having the same problem.
Sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes for it to show up. Check again in a few minutes!!
I was just wondering the same thing!
I think if you redeemed it before you can’t load it again to the same card because it hasn’t reset it’s just still available.

Click the link she posted above. It’s not in the regular coupon section but on a special brown Private Select page where you sign into your account and load the free one along with the other PS ecoupons. Then it will show up in your coupons so long as you did not already redeem this freebie before.
Thanks, there is another similar looking dessert which I picked up by mistake last time. Had to return it so be sure you grab the right one. Mine was also in a refrigerated shelving unit in the middle of the bakery dept.

I got this coupon a few months back and loaded it and used it so it now is not available again. The desserts are good but pricey without the coupon, about $4 or $5 each.
I have been hunting in the freezer for this item for some time. Thanks for telling me it is in the bakery department. I will try again tomorrow as I have the coupon loaded on my card. You guys are the best.

This allowed me to load the coupon but it does not show up in my account. (I did use this offer the last time it posted.) I had an extra Kroger Plus Card and registered it, loaded the offer and it is there. (BTW TY)
Watch out for this one, and make sure it comes off before you pay. I loaded it to my card (and it said “loaded” but I noticed did not show up under “my coupons” on the Fred Meyer website. Did not come off at checkout. Had to go to customer service and return the $4 dessert that didn’t look all that yummy to begin with. Bummer
I don’t think it works if you already loaded and redeemed this before. When you login, it says loaded to card for all the items but when I view my coupons, the free dessert is not there but everything else. My guess is this will not work if you already go a free one before. I did not think they were all that great. I tried tiramisu and the triple chocolate one. Wasn’t able to finish either.
I tried the apple pie and it was soggy. Couldn’t finish it either, lol.
I had the chocolate cookie something last time and I didn’t finish it either. Wasn’t that good. I just want the cute jar!
I did redeem this before but it was available again so I added it. Was at the store and noticed it did not come off so I had the cashier take it off the order. I figured since u sign in that it could be redeemed again since signing in would show if it had been added before and used. Oh well. Tried one of the chocolate ones before and it was ok. I liked the jar too. Wish it came with a complete lid.
I just picked mine up at Kroger with no issues. It’s on a refrigerated shelf with the cakes in the bakery. Don’t know why people say its wasn’t good. I thought mine was delicious. It was a peanut butter cookie type stuf baked on top with chewy chocolate fudgy brownie on bottom. Very yummy ! Plus the cute jar is a nice bonus.
Has anyone been able to find it at SoCal Ralphs? Been searching 4 stores, 2 of which are Fresh Fair. Stuck on my card for months & about to expire – wondering if i can load another or delete the older one as a swap for new coupon.
I tried the peach cobbler before and I had to throw it away it was so yucky. I hope they have the chocolate one in stock this time to try.
Couldn’t find this coupon to load? Went into coupon section and wasn’t there 6/30?
