WooHoo! I’ve received quite a few emails today from readers stating that the Target Summer Clearance has now hit 90% off! Check out a few of the emails I’ve received today…

Target Summer 90% off in NY! I wasn’t sure to print sunscreen coupons but they were as well, but I at least used cartwheel! Saved $80.05, spent $9.55 or so!
I just wanted to share that I was able to hit a jackpot today at my Target. Everything was marked down to 90% off and there was a lot of things! Maybe there was a lot of things because I live in South Florida, but anyway some of the things I got: a youth pop up tent for $2.49, beach chair $1.30, beach umbrella $1.80, badminton & volleyball game $2, beach towels $0.99, steel beverage dispenser $1.99, kiddie pool $1.29, and more!
My Target went 90% off on summer items today! I got a kiddie pool for $1.29, horseshoes and bocce ball for $1.99 each, pool inflatables $0.39, kids hooded towels $1.49, outdoor string lights $1, tablecloth $0.99, and some outdoor toys for $0.49!
So I went to Target this am before work and decided to check out this sunscreen deal along with toy clearances I happened to scan the up & up 3 packs and they came up as $1.39 and were buy 3 get 1 free So I was able to score 12 cans of sunscreen for $4.17! How awesome and that was without any other coupons!!! This was in Maryland.

It depends on the set up of your store. In the two I frequent they are in the very back and in the summer/sporting isles next to children’s toys.

Woot-woot!! I’m hitting up 2 targets tomorrow and I’m hoping to score big time! These ladies found some amazing deals-like the beach chair and pop up tent, sweet!

I am in Westfield, the Target at 151st street and Route 31. Not much stock left though.
Angel–my son is starting at Notre Dame this August….I hear I should just wait to buy everything for his room in South Bend. Is the Target there near campus (assuming you are in Indiana??) I don’t want to stock up here on toiletries, etc. if I can just send him there!

My daughter wants to set up a “water park” and play water games in the backyard for her birthday party this year, so I need to hit this up for stuff for the party and party favors!:)

I called the Dickson City store and they said no clearance yet. WB had no idea what I was even talking about! I never get these great clearances at Target…they get wiped out at 50% because they usually have such a minimum stock to begin with.
WB is my store too, and I agree, there’s never anything left to even get to 90%. It’s a bummer seeing all these great deals!

My only concern about stocking up on spray sunscreen is that sunscreen expires.
2017 expiration date on mine
The ones I bought had expiration dates in 2015 and 2017.
All the ones I got expire in May 2017–you have almost 3 years!!
It’s also worth mentioning it’s no longer recommended to use the spray on sunscreen
They don’t recommend using this on kids due to inhaling it.
Just make sure it does not include oxybenzone as an ingredient. That is harmful as well.
It sort of weirds me out, but I already have some, so I will only put it on my kids when we are already outside and I make them turn their heads or I spray it on my hand first. Someone recommended it to me but I think I prefer the old fashioned kind.
Put a towel over their heads or just have them wear a dust mask if you are really worried.

Its such a good price on sunscreen! However, I’m passing on this deal… Both my son and husband had a bad reaction to this one last time, maybe they have extra sensitive skin… I ended up throwing away two full bottles, they both got a rash that took three days to clear up.
Day camps/city summer programs will take your discarded (unused) sunscreen. I live near a city, and the city recreation programs are always looking for sunscreen. I hate hearing people throwing anything out when others are in need.

I was at Downers Grove/Woodridge Target today and 90% off including that sunscreen at 1.39. Unfortunately the summer clearance was pretty small but definitely 90% off

I went tothe Target in Chicago, Elston, and there were a few items but nothing like these other stores mentioned. The summer fruit snacks were $.29, I got a snack container for $.29. I scanned the towels, pools, etc and no luck they were ringing up the regular sale price. Have to keep checking.

I also scored a lot of great 90% off items today in DE. There were still a lot of things when I left the store. Bocce and Croquet sets for 1.99, kids indoor/outdoor chairs for $1.30, 4 pack tumblers for .99, linen tablecloths for 1.50, grill baskets for .80 and lots of pool games, kiddie pools, coolers and tents.

I live in cumming Ga and I just went to check out our local target. the selection was very very slim and it was all marked to 70% of. That didn’t include towels they were still priced pretty high, basically the only things marked down was arm floaties and pool noodles. At least at the one I went to. I was very unimpressed.
Did you go to the one off exit 14 or the one on 141? I don’t want to go out of there’s nothing there.

Krissy I went to the Christiana Mall store at 8:00 this morning. They had so much stuff left at 90%. I did price check some things that were still ringing up regular price that were mixed in with the clearance so make sure you check everything if you go. Also, I found things that were not in the summer clearance section that was 90%.
And I forgot to mention that the signs still say 30% off clearance but it was 90%. 🙂

Amy if you read this before you leave for Christiana today, my friend went this morning and she said there was nothing there. Every shelf was bare except for a few games that had been opened and had missing pieces. And workers were there setting up school supplies in that section.

I was just at mine in Oregon this morning and it was at 70% and there wasn’t much left. 🙁 I snagged a few good deals and scored big on those fruit snacks which made my kids happy! I’m waiting for all the “water” stuff to go on clearance. None of the blow up pools were marked at all yet.
I’m in Vancouver Wa and shop at two target store a cross of bridge (portland) no so much left and still 50%. And we never have huge selection of summer stuff because we only have 2 months of summer here 🙂 So not to much of clearance 😉
I’m in vancouver also. We never have deals go down to 90%. Kind of wanting to find new beach towels for everyone but with this hot weather we’ve been having I’m sure nothing’s left 🙁
No luck in Hickory, NC …everything still at 70% and pretty wiped out. I didn’t scan the sunscreen so not sure of the price on it.

Wow it sounds like the east coast has it made with clearance finds! Here on the west coast when things go 50% off, everything is almost gone! So we don’t even make it to 90% 🙁
Target in Chantilly, VA was 70% off on Sunday and was nearly wiped out.

Where in SoFla? Went to the one in Plantation, everything was still 70% and a girl told me that it wasn’t going to go lower than that.
I’m the one who got the pop up tent, umbrella, chair and more. 90% off. That was in two Coral Springs locations, but everything was clearing out as I was there.

Tulsa area stores are wiped out. I did find the Off twin packs for only $2.38 at the BA store, everything else is gone! Bummer!

Not looking to rain on anyone’s savings parade here…but the Up & Up sunscreen is one of the most toxic sunscreens on the market. You may want to put your savings to better use on other clearance items.

I live in Lexington and it was wiped out! There was maybe 5 or placemats and that was pretty much it. I was able to find the 3 packs of sunscreen over in the health and beauty section.
The Anderson target is still 70% off and it was really picked over. Maybe 15 items are left.
Florence, Ky store has very little at 70%….I went there tonight.
I was at Florence tonight also. they had tons of swimming pools and noodles at 70% off. I did buy each of my kids a noodle at $.60, a plastic pool at $2.99, a $1.00 flying disk and 2 packs of 4 cups for $1.20 each. I honestly have never seen 90% off at Newport or Florence that I frequent. I know it happens, but I always seem to be working so 70% off was good enough for me. Not to mention if I would wait, I would spend my savings on gas to keep going back and forth to check to see if they were 90% off. I also hit up Toys r us and got some Toys for my nephews for Christmas…it was VERY picked over there.
Amy – The noodles I rang up (all colors) came up 30% off…weird! Luckily I found some in Union for 50 cents last Fri. None of the other Walgreens seemed to have the same deal, though.
Collin or Lina….is there a way to make a spot on the website or mobile ap for location/specific things so when we do find these kind of amazing sales in specific areas we could post there? Just thinking of like when a grocery store moved to a new building and their entire stock of diapers were $4-6 and people that don’t want to deal with rr and such could’ve just grabbed them for the semi cheap price.

90% off in Mississippi! However it was wipes out! I grabbed one kiddie pool for $1.29 before someone else grabbed the last two. I also got a few grilling utensils for .50

I am in the Bay Area and I have seen 90% off but it’s only for a day and by the time it gets to 90% almost everything has been wipes out already so not really worth it. I always buy at 70% off knowing that. 😒
I went out last night (Sacramento, Natomas) and the Summer clearance was only 15% off. I got a poncho hooded towel (reg. $14.99 for $4.75) and these cute little shark flippers for $2.99, but other than that there were no deals. Everything was close to original prices.

75% at the Spartanburg SC store but there was almost nothing left and nothing that we scanned showed the discount other than some campfire roasting forks. We were happy to get some of those since we are having a mortgage burning party soon.

Still 70% here in NV and almost picked out. Some hoarders left nothing of the sunscreen sprays, saw one with a cart full she didnt even bother to leave some for other customers.
I am very bothered when I see that as well. I try to be courteous of other shoppers but definitely a NOT a priority to others. Really ladies and gentlemen, please think of others and try to leave us ALL a with good name!
Atlanta: Funny you say that, I recently joined an Online Yard Sale in nearby county (to me). Lady had advertised STOCKPILE SALE w/tons of sunscreen advertised for a few bucks each. Someone asked if she would come down on price…her reply, “Not a chance!” I was baffled.
Jacksonville, NC had a whopping 5% off their summer stuff. It went to 90% last year but I believe it was mid august.
