Hi Collin! I tried to use the $1 coupon at Target today for buying some candles and wax melts but it beeped and they didnt accept it since candles and melts were considered solids. But luckily I also have the 55 cents MQs.Just a heads up in case anyone encounters the same problem 🙂
The coupon is excluding the Renuzit type cone air freshener. Not Candles and wax melts. While “solid” in the packaging, they melt when lit.
Aww. For me it didn’t work. And I felt awkward to argue what “solid” meant in the coupon. Hehe. Happy savings!
Hi… have a question concerning clearance and Walgreens booklet coupons. … do they combine for extra savings or no? I saw a clearance sale on Sally Hansen and Revlon nail polish. This week there is a buy 1 get 1 50% off deal. But there is also a $1 off coupon in the Walgreens monthly booklet. The cashier had to price adjust the items to the marked sticker price. She was doubting the bogo deal would work because it was already marked down but the system did do bogo. Would the system automatically pick up the $1 off coupon ??? Or is she correct in that I don’t get to cash in on that coupon offer along with the already discounted price?
