Starbucks: Treat Receipt is Back (7/22-8/17)
Calling all my fellow coffee addicts! You all know that I do not need anyone to twist my arm to venture into Starbucks for coffee no matter what the time of day; however, now that the Starbucks Treat Receipt is back you’ll definitely find me at Starbucks more than I care to admit! 😉
From July 22nd through August 17th, make any Starbuck’s purchase before 2PM and then enjoy any Grande 16 oz cold beverage for just $2 (plus tax) after 2PM the same day at participating stores in the U.S. Just remember to show them your receipt when you return.

I went this morning and she didn’t give me a receipt!
Same here C!! I used my phone to pay with my Starbucks Card and I never get receipts :/
Because we assume that you don’t need one since every transaction is recorded in your app. (Although with the treat receipt, the registers should printing receipts automatically)
Go back to Starbucks, pull up your purchase history and show them that you bought something this morning and tell them you weren’t given a receipt. They will give you the $2 định price.

You have to ask for it if they don’t offer. It is annoying.
I called customer service at starbucks, they said if you go back to the store they’ll be able to pull it up. If not, call customer service from the store and have them verify the purchase. I will go around 2pm and see if I can get it and will report back later!

Starbucks barista here. I ask every single customer if they want a receipt even though like 75% of them never do. But I know if I don’t, I’ll get the one that throws a fit and holds up the line. Now THATS annoying.

go before 2pm and load your starbucks card with $$$, then you will get a receipt for after 2pm

PLEASE everyone keep in mind that this usually only applies to corporately owned Starbucks stores and NOT always licensed or cafe stores (ones that are inside grocery stores, airports, Barnes & Noble, etc).
If you want to ensure that you will get a treat receipt at a participating Starbucks, go to a standalone location.

I figure with them spraying for mistletoe nearly 3x’s a week, and the fact that I can’t afford to buy sll the “clean, no chemical) foods so what’s a coffee once every few months? I get looked at as the crazy one for NOT allowing my kids to go ape instore while downing a quad shot mocha latte (then get get upset when they can’t calk down.
*calm* even lol…… I’M the one needing the coffee today!!!
I am very disappointed that the Starbucks in the Kroger stores are not participating in this promotion. Bummer!
