I love elf, but when I ordered online and didn’t like their product, they do not issue refunds or credit. Keep in mind it was 2 products out of a huge order of like 25 items. Not cool, but likely still buy from them again

I agree! I am super picky about cosmetic brushes, but e.l.f. brushes are AWESOME and only a $1-$3. Super deal!
