We stopped at BabysRus in St Louis, MO while on vacation last week and walked out with a dinosaur crib bedding set reg $149.95 for 90% off, the matching bumper pad $49.95 for 90% off along with the matching wall decals, a pair of baby shoes and a crab toy that attaches to a car seat or stroller. Over $300 worth of items for $30! I was pretty excited!
They had a LOT of baby items/furniture on clearance. Had I needed more or had the room I would have kept shopping!!! Extensions for baby gates were $0.90! I was VERY impressed with what I found in that store.

I went yesterday and found 2 different styles of Hello Kitty backpacks and Lego friend backpack for $1.68, a Lego friends hardcover journals for .79, Lego pencil 6 or 8 pk for .29, tons of cell phone, iPad and other tablet covers for less then $1.00, a ton of 1 direction stuff, girls craft supplies and hair and makeup stuff for less then $1.00, many video games for $1.00, crayons coloring kits for .79, way too much to list. I walked out with bags full for less then $10.

While the pictured items are nice, the stores definitely had a BIG variety of items that were even better. I’ve gotten tons of stuff there for Christmas over the last 3 weeks (stopping by once per week). Including a 4 in 1 Swivel Game table (originally $159.99, I paid $27.98), lots of Monster High sets, Barbie Mega Bloks, $5 & $6.60 big Lalaloopsy sets (was $24.99 + $32.99), and a ton of misc. other items. Between Toys R Us and the MAJOR Barbie clearance at Kmart ($39.99 Mariposa house toys for $5! Barbie sets for $1.90 + $2.70 that were originally $23.99-$27.99!) my gift closet is BEYOND packed full!

My mother stopped by there today and got a entire crib bedding set for $15.00, orginally $149.99. They had allowed her to somehow use a coupon to the deal so thats how she got it so much cheaper!
Babies r us and toys r us are scheduled to close 100s of stores. That is why they are having deep discounts. JC PENNY is also closing many of their stores as well.
Center aisles had lots of clearance, but great finds down aisles too!…just look for brown clearance tags of shelves & check prices. Riverhead, Long Island–I spotted a large Playmobil Pirate set for $6, I got a Christmas set for $4!

I got Skylander, Hello Kitty, LEGO Girl Power, and many more back packs for 1.60 each. I bought everyone they had in the store except Justin Bieber and One Direction. I got Hello Kitty 12 pack pencils with a Hello Kitty eraser included for $0.50. I got so much more I can’t list it all. All of this stuff is going to my sisters church. They give out book bags and school supplies to needy families.
Can you be more specific on which hello kitty book bags? Some of the clearance isn’t marked and its crazy trying to scan each book bag. lol!
The Huntsville, Al store doesn’t have much left. I got a hot wheels race car set and track a couple of weeks ago. I looked for the Hello Sunshine game but it looks like they don’t carry it at all.
Louisville, KY definitely needs to change the sign in the window from “thousands of items” to “dozens of items”. Ipod and Iphone cases dirt cheap and one pink Ipad mini case for $4 is about it.

Last week my daughter got Rock-a-bye Penbo (robotic pink penguin that plays interactive games, plays music and doubles as a night light) with her birthday money. Its retail price is $60, it was down to $12 (80% off) and she had a $5 off coupon from the Birthday Club = $7. She learning to snag deals early 🙂

I went to the toys r us in chesterfield mo off of clarkson rd and I got a iPhone case for 1.00, earbuds for 1.00, 3 ugly dolls (there are still a ton) for .80 each, a jabber watch for 1.50, Spider-Man swimmers for .20, apple juice packets with cars logo .48, and sunscreen for faces for .20
If you take time to walk through some of the isles you can find the colored clearance tags mixed up in the reg priced items. There are a ton of iPhone cases and also iPod touch cases. Lots of things for little girls!
Yesterday I got a zip disc hockey set for $4.xx, lalaloopsy glowing ponies for $3.98, hk kindle fire case for $2.xx, barbie megabloks mini canister for $0.70, ice skates for $1.50 and various LCD watches for $1.
Wow I am at TRU and see no clearance color stickers or extra % off anything except clothes. 🙁
My store (algonquin IL) now has it 95% but there was, in my opinion, nothing left. On a positive, the gerber puffs were 5 for 10 and the yogurt melts were 4 for 10 and this also combined with the buy 1 get the second 50% off. I used the coupons.com gerber coupons and was pretty happy about that.
Went to my toys r us in jc, tn and found some bottle nipples for .28 some hotwheels spin shotz for .80 spare breast feeding valves for 1.20 safety 1st safety light for .60 baby food pouch organizer for 1.60 and a changing pad cover fot 1.50. Got multiples of the items and all of it was 8.61 not bad at all Most of the toys were wiped out but was super excited about whay i got
My husband just left TRU in Metairie, LA. Not much there. Lots of clearance throughout the store but hardly any colored stickers. :-/ He found lots of large plastic play kitchens (he didn’t specify brand but said original price was $130) w/ green stickers – took one to the register and they were adamant that it was not on sale. Annoying.
Went to the toys r us express in santa barbara, ca, not a huge selection but worth the trip, got little toys and games all 90% off, got 150 worth of toys for 15 bucks!
Thanks to your posts I found the Thomas and friends crane set and the hello sunshine at the Manchester ct store. Neither were marked. You’ll have to price check everything if you go here. We also found an unmarked velvet art kit by lulabellez. It was tagged at $4.99 but scanned for $.50. Back of box says 0031104187D #971 UPC 8 75791 00981 1. It contains 4 8×10 velvet art posters of fairies and 5 washable markers. They also had the $.50 tissues but I passed.

Btw I found some deals but nothing major like on here in the middle village location. They had some DS and Wii games for &2.50. Very few clothes for $1-$6.
I was lucky enough today that I found one of those giddy up pony girls and it was originally 89.98 but was on the 90% clearance so got it for 9 dollars and even though it is girly my 4 year old son loves it. I was able to get a few other items but there pickings were very slim I wish I would have gone earlier in the week. Happy Shopping 🙂
