It doesn’t say it has to an “in store” purchase, you just have to upload your proof of purchase, so I would think an amazon receipt will work.

I submitted a receipt today. I was emailed back confirmation of my submission, and in the terms and conditions listed there, this is what it said…

I would take that last sentence to mean that multiple submissions can be done per household? Also, the first sentence states “$25 worth (in retail value)” so I would also assume that means before coupons. I used coupons in my submission today, I am supposed to hear back within 3 business days whether I get the $10 prepaid MC or not.

The sparkle paper towels are $5 for an 8 pack at cvs and if you buy 20$ worth you get a $5 back in EBC and their were $1 off coupon for 1 in my paper today
Can anyone tell me if the last scenario with the toilet paper deal is “worth it”—compared to say, buying toilet paper off Amazon? I’m not familiar with a good toilet paper price point! Thanks everyone!

Is anyone else having trouble uploading their receipt for this deal? I took a picture of my receipt and its not being recognized!!! Im so frustrated!!! lol
DR., the same thing happened to me, and I tried uploading a very clear JPEG image of my receipt with all the required information. In their FAQs section, they tell you to contact support@hipdigital.com if your receipt is not successfully submitted. The FAQs also states that you have the option of having your submission reviewed. It’s not clear when or how the review will occur, so I sent my receipt to their support and explained the problem. I’m awaiting their response. :-\

I’m having trouble too. I sent an email to support@hipdigital. My receipt is long so it’s in 5 pictures, which I attached to the email. Hopefully, I will hear something back.
Today I received an email asking me to try again – that they had fixed the issue. I tried again and it worked!
Wouldn’t it be better to do the All deal at CVS? They are 2/$7 there also, minus coupons and if you buy $20 worth you get $5 extra care bucks back. So I think a scenario could be: buy 8 All mighty Packs = $28 – 2 coupons in 8/3 $2 off 2 ($4 off) – 4 coupons you referenced above ($4 total) – $10 GC rebate – $5 extra care bucks back = $5 total ($20 out of pocket now). I hope I did this correctly. Means they would be $0.63 per package.
It will not take my upload jpg file and it is small. What to do?
I tried to upload both PDF and jpg but still no luck. Already told them my problem several times. My purchases would have well exceeded the $25 mark even after coupons.
For those of you having issues submitting your rebate: I just got an email saying that they fixed the issue that was causing problems. I just submitted my rebate with sucesss. 🙂
Update: I just got an email that my validation was successful for the rebate!
For those that are wondering if sales/coupons can be used: Yes they can. I bought 3 Sparkle Paper towels and 4 All laundry detergents from CVS. I used (7) $1 off coupons as well as a $15 ECB from doing a CVS survey. I also got back $5 in ECB for a future transaction. My out of pocket was $8 I believe.
For anyone having issues mine just uploaded successfully! And it was after coupons on my receipt! Good luck
