I didn’t receive the email either, but called BBW. As it turns out, only select First Look members will get certain promotions. Just call them….they offered to give me a gift card instead for my trouble and seemed to know about the deal and having trouble with it. This leads me to believe I was not the first one to call. I was beyond surprised!! Love BBW….good customer service and products!
