Mine was for $4 off $20. Its wierd because i havent gotten any kind of discounts from CVS in a very long time (more than a year) and then I suddenly get one every week.
Same here. I’ve gotten a 30% off every week all of a sudden.. and then I got the $4/20.
Mine is $5/$25. Wondering what determines the % off. I want $5/$20. My mom and I received he same back to school Target flier and hers was $5/$50 and mine is $5/$75. What the heck? I shop there way more than she does!

You need to get a new card. I stopped receiving all of those coupons so I trashed that card and opened a new one. Now I get them every week. I think they’re incentives for new customers and once you reach a certain time or spending limit they stop.
Think ill do that..nows a good time because i just got a beauty club ecb.

I’ve had my card for about 10 years and have never had a problem getting the emails. They aren’t automatic. You have to actually go into your extra care account and sign up for the emails. If they ever stop coming, just go back into your account and sign up again.
I used to get CVS emails with coupons all the time and in my snail mail also. I have not gotten anything in months and all my information is updated, has not changed neither has my shopping habits there. It is so strange and drives me crazy because I LOVED getting those coupons.
I never knew about the snail mail ones. The whole time I’ve had a CVS card (since the 1990s), I have -never- received one in the mail. Since at least 2006 I have shopped at CVS about every week. Also, during that time, I have had to replace my card twice due to receiving a message on my receipt about an issue with the card. I used to get quite a few of the $5 off $15 sort that would print out now and then at the bottom of my receipt. But now that I use the red coupon center each time before I shop, I don’t see those anymore, so perhaps this has something to do with it(?)

Mine is 3 off of 15. I also have a 25% off one. I never had problems getting mine. I also received the $5 off one for changing my account to being able to access the pharmacy from my account.
I got the email for that $5 /pharmacy one, and the link didn’t work. Called their CS…sorry, nothing we can do. Niiiice, CVS (eyeroll)
I did the $5 pharmacy one too. U had to confirm phone # to rcv pharm text alerts. I did this and never rcvd my $5 ecb. Called customer svc this am and rep added $5 to my cvs card :))

I tried it about a month ago and got the $5 ecb a few days ago. So maybe it takes a while for it to go through.
I received mine Monday and the same thing happened to me so every day I tried and I tried again last night for the last time and I said if it did not work I will call customer service but it end up working so maybe try again before it expires.
I tried using the 5 yesterday. I noticed it didnt come off in the receipt. I also used the 5 beauty bucks so the cashier said maybe the beayty buck was only for beauty products so she gave the paper back to me. Im afraid now that if I try to use the beauty buck, which I’m pretty sure was the one that DID come off, they might think I’m trying to do something shady.
If that is the case, the register will tell us it has already been used and there’s no way to override it. They can manually type it in, but I don’t know if they would if it says it’s been used.
Actually now that I’m looking through my email, I see two different emails for the five dollar ecb. I wonder if I can use the second one, seeing as the first one didnt work for me.

I get coupons all the time from cvs. I even get them mailed to me telling me I’m the top 1% shopper at CVS. I find that amazing………LOL
I noticed the few weeks I wasn’t able to go in to shop back in June the % or purchase based coupons stopped. So if you aren’t going in to buy anything that may affect the e-mails. I’m not sure about the whole after you shop a lot they stop them since I see many getting lots of great coupons and they shop weekly and spend much more money then I do weekly. …? Who knows. : ]
I was getting them and then not for a while. I had cut down on my shopping there and now I’m getting them again. I don’t know how they determine who gets them.

Mine is $4 off $20. I like these better than the percentage off coupons since you can’t use those on sale items. My email comes every Thursday so I always wait until Thursday to shop!
