Absolutely ridiculous…. finally got through to place my order and the pricing on the items in my cart went from 17$ to 23$. Great job Kohl’s. I am so disgusted.

Hi Kris, what happened is at midnight there pricing on some items changed. I just got off the phone with customer service and they said pricing on items often change at midnight CST. They are unwilling to reduce it back to what it was at 11:45.
Oh that’s infuriating. I swear I really don’t know why I continue to buy from Kohls. They have some serious fundamentally wrong company issues.
I was really surprised by there stance on the pricing change. It just seems that in the last few months they have become less customer friendly. There unwillingness to honor their former pricing kept me from placing an order, as I am sure it does with others. Ohh well. I guess in the end it saved me money:-)

I do know this…come Christmas time I will not be shopping at Kohls. You know what they say – “Fool me once……..”, “Fool me twice…..”. Yep I’m not doing it a third time!
Same thing happened to me. Price total jumped from $59 to $81 from one checkout screen to the next. And all of my discounts – $15 email promo, 15% promo and $50 free ship promo expire on Aug 17. It was too late to call CS so I emailed. Don’t have much faith they will honor the prices / discounts though :-(. I am usually a happy Kohls shopper but this infuriates me.
