I know these have got to still bd making money for them with the $8 shipping which is ridiculous. It could be shipped for about 2-3$
Shutterfly is exceedingly generous with their offers! Even if Shutterfly does manage to make a couple dollars after paying for the paper, ink, employee salaries, medical insurance and other benefits, not to mention the packaging materials for shipping, the employees to handle the packages and ship them workers to input all the data that needs to be entered into the system for the process, I am not going to begrudge them those measly couple of bucks. $8 for a wonderful book filled with memories of my family is an amazing bargain any way you look at it!
Yah they offer them all the time, I’m curious as to how much it costs them to make and ship (with all the non traditional costs you pointed out). I think $8 is a steal! I guess they also hope you’ll purchase from them next time and recommend them to others. Plus people might Do upgrades and add pages.
I ordered glasses from that Coastal place that always seems to have a good deal. A few months later, I went back there to order all my contacts since I had a “good taste in my mouth” from the glasses experience. I guess it works! Would be a neat job to track promotions “after effects.”
I love shutterfly!!!! I love everything i order from them. I only make my books with my free codes and i love them! The quality has been by far the best compared to others. I will gladly pay $7 for shipping instead of full price. And customer service is awesome. If there’s any kind of problem they will fix it. 😊☀️
