I went all the way to checkout entered my cc and said coupon not applied with auto ship and 2 packs, what did I do wrong
It did that to me when I tried to check out with two different flavors, so I tried two of the same kind and it worked for me, hopefully that will work for you?

Did that for me too. I had to find a coffee that offered Auto Ship on the page while I was looking at the particular coffee – hope that makes sense! I chose velvet Noir.
I did bagged coffee and used 2 different flavors and it worked fine. Make sure you check the box indicating how many weeks apart you want coffee delivered to you.

I did the last promotion and decided to stay with it. The coffee is delicious and we always have 3-6 different kinds of coffee available anyway.

Hi! I stick to .25-.37 a cup. I bought a bunch from macys using their $10 off $25 and $20 off $50 coupons. They had a bogofree promo going on at the same time, so that was even better. Right now jcpenney has a $10 off $25 that can be used on the cups.also, Starbucks cups are very strong , so I can make two ten oz cups from 1 cup. I mix both cups so one isn’t stronger than the second, this strength is as strong as 1 Gloria jean kcup. So even though when you buy it , it comes out to .40 a kcup, you can divide it by half bc each kcup yields 2 servings. (And I don’t drink weak watery coffee :). This only works to your benefit if you are making 2 servings of coffee back to back. I haven’t tried saving a brewed cup for later.

I just went back and it says I have no orders or Auto orders on my account, haven’t received an email either about the order, just a thank you for signing up. Hopefully it will pop up soon, I did write down the order number.
I was able to order but when I log into my account, there is no history of the order. And I tried placing another order with the code and it won’t let me.
Did you choose auto delivery? I didnt have this issue cause i chose auto delivery. It might be the issue :]
I just checked mine again and it is there, must of been in la la land.
But it is charging full amount, unless what it is showing is for future.
I see it now. It is under “Order History” and shows $0. If you go to “Auto Delivery Orders” then it will show full amount. Other people were having problems so I thought maybe I order didn’t really go through.
Oh thank you, I was just about to message them about it. It is there as 0.00. But on the auto you should change it to regular shipping so just you don’t get it in time the don’t charge you 17.90 for UPS 2nd day.
You cannot use the coupon on the mobile site. Switch to the main site!

You have to call them to cancel (not a huge deal), if you try to cancel online it comes up with a message that says you have to call.

That is for your next order as you set up (5 weeks, 10 weeks, etc). Check order history and will show $0.00 Auto Delivery order screen will have a future ship date and toal cost it will bill.

They take out $1 to test the card. I used an empty card and found that out so I couldn’t make my order and I don’t want to use my actual card.
