I have never experienced bad customer service with them. They are very clear that you need to call and cancel the subscriptions after you receive the trial, otherwise you will be billed and just want feedback on why you want to cancel. I received these 3 bundle kits just last week. They are great! If I had the extra money I would def keep ordering from them. I had no problems canceling my subscription. They did try and keep me but I just explained it was a little out of my budget. No problem. They were very kind and understanding. Great products!
If you sign up for an account and wait a few weeks they start sending you emails with percent offs for bundles. I received one for 50% off but I think that was rare. Usually it is for 40% off. Cancellation takes only a phone call and they are very friendly. Please note that they use wheat products in their diapers so if your baby is experiencing hives then he or she may be allergic to wheat.

I love the Honest Company. I have been a monthly subscriber for over a year! Can’t say anything but good things about them. People need to read the fine print before enrolling. Most complaints about the company are their own fault for NOT reading.

Super Exciting they are adding more products and there is a 3rd bundle kit available to try! I signed up after getting the diaper/wipes and essential bundle kits. I actually canceled right after that because I ordered while I was still pregnant, so could not test them out until after baby came and was not willing to order more until after I knew I would like them. Since then I have renewed and am pleased with how well the diapers hold up and all of the compliments we receive on the fun designs/patterns.

We used cloth diapers on our Daughter until we received our free trial from The Honest Company. I fell in love with their wipes and diapers! The multi-purpose solution is the only cleaner I use now and I love all of the other products! I have ordered 3 diaper bundles and 2 essentials bundles so far and I am beyond pleased!
