Thank you! :0) I recently got the Ninjago Book I requested from them, great program!
May I ask those of you who are members a question? I looked at the rewards catalog from the website. Is it really worth the time and effort to enter in the codes? It seems like you need a large number of points to get anything worthwhile. I am asking this question respectfully, so please answer in kind.
I guess it depends on how much you like the rewards offered and how much you value your time.
Some people like to get the coupons with their points.
When entering codes I save up and wait for a bonus points day, then you can often get double.
I totally love the KFR program. I use the points to buy coupons for some of the pricier Kellogg’s items my family enjoys. Also I usually put my codes in while I’m on the road (while my husband is driving) so I’m not “wasting” time I don’t really have. I hope this helps. Also when u print a coupon, you are allowed to print two copies so it makes it a little bit more beneficial.
Also they come out with “limited time” items that are pretty neat. I think last year is got a nascar snuggy or dirt cheap in points (like 3000 or something?) and it ended up being a nice Christmas gift. I’m hoping they do a gift card sale for Christmas or something. 15,000 for $10 is a lot, but they have so many free codes it’s not even funny.
It literally takes a few seconds to enter codes, so I think it’s worth it. But I also do MyCokeRewards and Purell rewards and Swagbucks and Pampers, so I kinda feel like a professional.
Love Swagbucks….I get $5 to $10 walmart gift card every month to get Rotisserie chicken from Sam’s. I earn gift card mostly from printing coupon and search engine (though they’re not that great compare to Google but I need swagbucks)
Totally worth it….sometimes I wait until there are 3 or 4 published codes available then log in to enter the codes but the draw back is that they sometimes expires 🙁
I wouldn’t buy cereals, eggo, cookies, cracker, etc from them without coupons.
This week Harris teeter has Kellogs cereal for $1.99, fiber one bar $2.50, eggo $2, cookies $2.50. I was able to use the $0.75 coupon (double to $1.50) and bought 3 boxes of cereal + the e-coupon from Harris Teeter $1/3 loaded to my loyal card…making them only $0.16 per box. Eggo $0.50, fiber one bar $1(w/ e-coupon also), cookies $1 after coupons. Every 4 to 6 weeks Harris Teeter has supper double up to $2 then I use the $1.50 coupon if I really want something that is not on sale.
Deb, I had the same question a while ago and most readers wrote the same: coupons! Since then, I use my points only for coupons. It is great that you can print 2 but also, if there is a great sale, you can buy the same coupon multiple times and stock up. I love the 75 cents because my local stores double, but I have also bought the $1.50 when using them at CVS. I hope this helps.
Does anyone know if Kellogg’s ever have a sale on the items? So you can get them for less points?
I think it’s worth it, there are tons of bonus codes and ways to earn bonus points on new and featured products. I can sometimes get free food when using a high value coupon from their site with a sale.
It’s definitely worth to sign up for texting. It’s so easy to just text the codes-no lugging in etc,
Ditto what Mia said. I love the texting option of entering codes. As others have said, I also redeem points for coupons to purchase Kellogg’s products on the cheap.
A friend who doesn’t do KFR but does purchase Kellogg’s products gives me codes from boxes of stuff as they finish and I appreciate that so much! So if you do decide KFR is not worth your time or the rewards catalog options do not pertain to you, please consider passing on the codes from products you have to someone you know who does participate in KFR. =)

Getting “We’re sorry, there was a problem with your request. Please try again.”
I am having the same issue as Paula:
“We’re sorry, there was a problem with your request. Please try again.”
I kept getting the error message yesterday. I tried today and there is a message at the top of the webpage stating that the code entry is not working right now. 🙁
It just worked for me, even tho it says the code entering is down at the top of the screen. 🙂
Thanks for this update!
Sorry, but code entry is currently not available. Same as yesterday.
I think KFR is having some tech issues bc I have tried & tried texting this last code & it never would accept it until late last night & I’ve been trying to enter two different codes that I had here at home for a week now & they still won’t take those.
If anyone has shutterfly promo codes that they will not be using I would be happy to get them!! peanutwesley@gmail.com thanx!!!
