Hi Samantha, the representative that took my call informed me that the 1,000 referral points ($10) will not be added until the order is fully processed and received by the recipient. He stated about 30days. He explain that it’s to avoid the recipient returning any items then the receiver of the 1,000 points already has the points. Makes sense but Idk how it will work if anyone was to really return something.

I ordered Organic Hemp Protein Hi-Fiber Powder 16 oz (454 Grams) and Sample Pack : Calcium + D3 (Orange, Cherry, and Strawberry) 2 Gummies and at the bottom of each product I saw this:

Did anyone else happen to notice this? Or would anyone know if the products are safe or harmful? I don’t know if I should cancel my order.
I also live in CA and got the same warning for some essential oils. I’ve never received that warning for oils before! Strange…
Hi Vanessa! I didn’t notice that. Are you in CA? I’m in PA, maybe it’s residents of CA who will get that warning. However, I did notice in many products description it states something about the FDA hasn’t verified. I pretty much stayed away from products to consume (minus the normal like flax and chia seeds, coconut oil, etc). I got some soap bars and shampoo. I don’t think you should worry. If it makes you better cancel while you still have time and order something else. My sister did that with her first order.

Just got a cancellation ugh
I received $10 which I signed up for this morning, but my daughter only received $1 a few minutes ago. Glad I got mine earlier!
Just received a cancellation notice saying that everything I ordered is out of stock. I registered this morning before work then placed the order at around 4 pm ET and received the notice at 8 pm.
My order was cancelled too.
My order was just cancelled too. They credited my full points back which is good but still. And to think they’re website states they are rated with the BBB. In my opinion their website and this deal have been going wrong since it started. I will definitely be contacting CS in the morning to ask why my order was cancelled. My email doesn’t state and when I placed my order all of the items clearly didn’t say “sold out” or anything along those lines, I wouldn’t have been able to place my order to begin with. Just terrible!

I placed my order on Sunday and got an email telling me everything was packed and ready to ship, then on Tuesday morning got an email telling me my order was cancelled because all 3 of the items I ordered were out of stock, then this afternoon I received another email telling me that my order was shipped today.
