I love these so much, I looked for them yesterday. Walmart and Target both sell them, and Target 5% off and free shipping.. I am also watching for a great cartwheel deal.. 29.95 for the ones that are pictured and 39.95 for a star wars set. My son loves the guys and small Lego items..

I am SO mad at myself for not grabbing the Star Wars one last year after Christmas!!! :[ I stood there contemplating if my nephew was a little too old … But, after reading/hearing this is such a big hit, I wish I would’ve bought it. And the Friends version looks so cute for a little girl!

Awesome giveaway! My kids were looking at these at Toys R Us this weekend, then here they are on your site! Can someone who has bought and used these in the past let me know if you thought they were worth it? For $30 I would probably buy it, but I have 3 kids, which means $90 – yikes! Thank you!
I bought one for my nephews to share last year, and they loved it! Since there’s a new toy every day, they just alternated who got it. With that said…it’s a lot of “people”, so if your kids don’t care as much about the people, they won’t be a huge fan of the toys themselves. It kind of depends on what your kids like. My older nephew is more of a builder, so the people only hold so much appeal.
My son LOVES the Star Wars Lego Advent calendars. It’s a fun little treat that helped him deal with going to school (which he hates!) and those loooong days leading up to Christmas. It is pricy, especially buying three, but you still have time, since you don’t need one til December 1. I am currently researching deals for these, as I need two this year (no way is my daughter going to tolerate not having one of her own this year!), and I will be sure to email any deals I find to Collin and maybe she will post them. I’ve purchased these for the past three years, and I have NEVER paid full price, so wish me luck!

I have never actually seen these in person but, is there a reason that they can’t be used year after year?
You would just need to dismantle each days gift and set it aside for the following year. It’s a lot of little things to keep track of but there is no reason it wouldn’t work.

I do holiday books (with a little related toy or treat) for our daughter so I bought my husband the Lego one last year so he wouldn’t feel left out 🙂 If I remember correctly ours was a cardboard box that you rip out the perforated door each day so in following years the holes would already be opened.
