    If I am currently in a sams club “trial” membership would I be able to buy this deal? Am I considered a “new” member? Or does anyone know if I buy this deal and sams club will not honor it, would I get a refund through Living Social? Thanks for any advice!

      I have only ever gotten a credit from Living Social so if it doesn’t work you may not actually get your money back and I would hate having $45 in credit at Living Social.

        Me too. I had never been to Costco until a few months ago when Costco had the membership deal like this. I found out I’m a Sam’s girl. Our local Costco gives so much shelf space to their private label brand they don’t carry as large a selection of normal brands. I was also shocked to see that in most cases Costco’s store brand items are actually more expensive than the national brand.

    How does it work? Do you get a voucher thru email to take to sams or how do you get the membership card? Want to make sure before I buy it.

      Yes you can print off your voucher and take it in to Sams Club to redeem it. They will take your picture and issue you a card. If you do it before Novemeber 21 you get to go to their Preview on Nov 22nd. I guess it will be a day for sales and deals before Thanksgiving.

    I bought this deal last year and it is set to expire on 11/17.

    It is under my name and my husband is on as a household member.

    Would we be able to get this offer under his name with me as a household member?

      Yes. That’s how we did it. My membership expired in August. He was my add on. This time I did the account in his name. And I’m his add on. Just know the name on the form of payment is what will show up on the voucher. For example if you use PayPal and it’s in your name, your name will appear on the voucher. And the name on the voucher is who has to redeem it with A VALID ID.

    We did this deal a couple months ago. The gift card and vouchers alone are worth the price paid and then you basically have the membership for a year at no cost.

    I think the best thing about Sam’s Club is that they will fix a flat tire for free for members in their tire department. We’ve used it twice this year. I really don’t buy anything at Sams, but I really have appreciated the tire fixes.
