Yes!!! Your local shelters and rescues would love these donations. I volunteer with a rescue and we do cat/dog goodie baskets to raffle off at events as a fundraiser and rely on donations of stuff like this for the baskets.
The animal shelter would gladly take these as a donation!
Great idea! Several of our Kroger stores here frequently have barrels at the front of the store collecting pet food for local shelters. I can buy and drop right in the barrel!
