      At least you got an email about it. I never even got contacted. I finally logged back in and checked to find out that it was cancelled. I won’t be ordering anything from them ever again.

        My order was shipped but now I’m enrolled in their VIP membership. I didn’t want to be signed up for that. I’m afraid if I cancel they will charge me full price for the items they shipped. I was told the promo code was only for VIP members. What a mess!!!

    My order was also cancelled. I called and explained that this seemed like a scam to get credit card info from consumers. The supervisor I spoke with told me there was no way my credit card would be charged (it already has been). I will be reporting this to my state’s consumer protection division and encourage everyone else to do the same.

      I also called and I formed them of the rules of marketing. If a price/promo is actively advertised they must honor it. What I suspect happened is that too many people got ahold of the promo code, and they were going to financially be in trouble. If you research the company it’s sort of a pyramid type scam. They won’t be is business for long. Possibly limiting the number of promo codes accepted would be a wiser choice.

        Does anyone know where there code originated from? I know they have a half off your first outfit promotion for new subscribers, but I haven’t heard of this code until I saw this advertised in blogs that post coupon offers.

      I’m glad you are reporting I asked them to delete all of my info for which they skirted around whether it would be or not. Probably not. I hope no one has erroneous charges for”VIP” show up on their cards.

      I was charged and subscribed also, called my credit card company and they immediately canceled my card and sent me a new one. Apparently this company is one that they have on a list that scams people! What a pain, but better than more charges on my card.

    Mine was cancelled also. I really was looking forward to getting what I had ordered. I thought a lot of the workout outfits were super cute too and I was even considering going back to the site to join their vip program. But definetly not going to now. What a shady company. So dissappointed.

    Fabletics: This is very poor customer service. The website accepted my order providing a confirmation. I also spoke with a CS Rep the following morning- there was no mention that the promotion was not valid. Be aware I will never order from Fabletics again. Not the reputation they want going into the busiest shopping season of the year.

    I wish they would’ve just cancelled my order! Instead they charged me full price and shipped it. When I checked out my balance was $0, that can’t be legal changing the amount after the order is placed!

    What a bummer, not only was mine cancelled, but no email ever came through to tell me. I only found out when I went to check the order since it hadn’t shipped yet. If they made a mistake on their promo code, the least they could do is communicate that. Won’t be ordering from this company in the future.

      The same thing happened to me! I was just wondering, “Hmmm, I wonder what happened with my Fabletics order?” and when I logged in to my account I saw that the order had been cancelled – no email notification, nothing. Boo!

        I was never contacted, either. So annoying. And when I contacted them, they said that it was clearly stated. No, it definitely wasn’t. And to not contact customers is HORRIBLE service.

    I had signed up for VIP when I ordered so mine wasn’t cancelled. Just called to cancel VIP and guess what…super easy. They were very nice. Of course, they did give me a couple options instead of cancelling, but I said no thanks and they cancelled. Took 2 minutes. I’ll monitor my debit card to make sure I’m not charged but I don’t see what all the fuss was about in the beginning.

    This place is very sketchy! I decided to call today and cancel my account all together just to make sure I am not charged anything on the 5th and even though I was told weeks ago that I was not a VIP and would never be charged I just felt uneasy about it so I chatted with them again today and guess what…I’m a VIP!!!!! Then they would not cancel my account over chat and said I had to call, so I called and the # they gave me said it was no longer in service. Finally after getting the number from the website I got through to someone and when I said I wanted to cancel they hung up on me!! That happened twice in a row and then the 3rd person told me I didn’t need to cancel as I am not a VIP….WHAT IN THE WORLD IS UP WITH THIS PLACE!?! Anyway I finally after saying “stop talking and cancel me now” they finally did it (or so she said she did it). What a headache this has been. So please guys call and cancel and don’t take the chance because everyone keeps saying something different!

      I was told they’d take down my credit card info…and then I checked a few days later and they hadn’t, so I emailed them again and they said “no, we can’t do that, but we’ll never charge you unlawfully.” I have email proof that I’m not a VIP so if I ever get charged, I can dispute the charges….

        yeah they said they cancelled my account but I can still log in and see all my info! I have sceen shots of the live chat rep telling me I am not a VIP so we shall see I guess on the 5th if we get charged.

    I just thought about this today and wondered what the delay was. My card was charged immediately ($1.20 I think) and I know it was a small amount of money, but I feel ripped off. They never sent me a cancellation notice, and I’m 99% sure they didn’t credit my money back to my bank account. I will be calling them Monday morning!

    Yep, no notice, and cancelled. I’ve been waiting for the headband that I really need to arrive…wish I would have been notified that it was cancelled so I could go buy one weeks ago! Ugh.

    My order was canceled as well. But when I was contacted by resellersratings.com to rate my experience, I wrote that they were terrible and would not recommend this company. I was then contacted by a cs rep from fabletics to tell me that the promotion was for new VIP members and if those terms were not met, my order was canceled and that I could go ahead and place a new order at non VIP prices. I was also asked to change my rating on resellersratings.com. I edited my rating to elaborate about the code going through and how the company has everyone’s personal info and then canceling ordets. And that harassing me through email was disgusting and unprofessional. I was again contacted by a fabletics cs rep and they went ahead and sent me my original order for free with express 2 day shipping. I made sure I was clear that I was not joining their VIP membership.

    I am now waiting to see if their products are worth all this hassle.

      I got an email from the same people after I posted a not so happy rating about my order getting cancelled without notification and that I had to call to find out what was going on. When the person emailed me describing the same situation I promptly emailed them back stating that I had talked to others who had received their orders that didn’t choose the ‘VIP’ status and basically Fabletics was picking and choosing orders to cancel so I stood by my rating of their unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. Nowhere in the promo code did it state new VIP members it just said you had to sign up for their website which I’m assuming everyone did. You can’t just cancel somebody’s order and NOT tell them about it. They gave me a store credit of $25 to use at my earliest convenience….lol but that doesn’t do much since I still have to pay shipping. I think I’ll just get hair stuff and give it to my sisters or something because these people seem shady from everything I’ve read.

      When did they charge your card? I’ve been watching my credit card for charges from them even though they told me I wasn’t signed up for their VIP membership. I hope you don’t have too much trouble getting a refund.

    Same here. I just saw I was charged $49.95 twice. I never signed up for the VIP membership, I never authorized the charge, never received anything and they don’t seem to respond to emails.
