It didn’t pop up for me right away either. Click on the amazon logo after signing in then scroll down. You might have to do it a few times. Hope this helps!!!
I tried thousands of time .. No luck .. So many other banners but not this one..Uggh
The banner that comes up under the Fire HD ad for me is for Subscribe and Save. Even after refreshing multiple times, the Citi offer doesn’t come up.

I was getting the same thing too but it finally worked for me when I went to the today’s deals/deal of the day page. The banner is right at the top and kept changing every time I refreshed. it took about 6 times before I got the Citi ad. Good luck everyone!

I am having the same problem. It said the $10 was on my account after i clicked on the banber. I am using my citi card to check out but it is not showing the credit.

I refreshed for 20 min without getting it
It didn’t work for me until I checked my settings and noticed my one click settings for mobile were off. I turned “on” the one click settings for mobile, then went back to the main page and refreshed a few times and it showed up. Hope you get it!
Wondering if it’s only working for those with a Citi Card already saved as a payment option. I don’t use mine and I am not getting the banner. I am going to try to save it and see if anything changes. I’ll let you guys know what happens.

I first got the same banner and then tried again AFTER adding a Citi Card to my account. Then it worked! Yay!

I added a CITI card to my account then had to refresh about 20 times before I saw the banner.

I’m not getting it on my phone (not using the app) or on my computer. I checked to see if i’m already set up for one click ordering and i’m not. Bummer… I could use the $10.

Worked for me. Remember to sign in to your Amazon account first! Not sure if I had the Citi card on my account or not, but I did have to enter the card number in once I had the offer.
It has to be a citibank credit card.. Bank cards don’t work darn

I got the same offer before, and I could get this one too! I first deleted Citi card from my Amazon payment list on my PC.(not sure if this matters or not) Then typed ‘www.amazon.com/access’ in the address bar of Chrome browser on my Nexus 7. It showed up right away on the front page. 🙂
It took me 20 minutes of refreshing clicking my deals/wish list back and forth, but it FINALLY worked! I used it to get that Target advertised nerf mega blaster that Amazon had for the same price $19.97 total

Ok, go to Google … search for Amazon.com mobile site. Click on the “A different version ….”. The banner was right on the top for me and I got the $10 credit! Thanks Collin! This was on my desktop computer …. you just need to utilize the mobile site version by Googling it.

I had this offer show up when I logged into amazon to look for something today. It says in the terms that it is only available if they offer it to you. It was a little confusing, but I finally got it to link my citicard and give me the $10 credit. I was able to get an ever after high doll for my daughter for $1 and change after the credit!
