UPDATE: It seems that those of you who received these free gift cards in your Paypal Wallet have not been able to redeem them. Some readers have stated that Paypal will be reissuing gift cards to those who received them and others have stated that the gift cards were placed in select accounts in error. Sorry for all the confusion! 🙁

THEY TELL ME THAT ALL REDEMPTION CODES ARE NOT VALID. THEY ARE AWARE OF THIS AND WILL BE SENDING OUT NEW CODES

Its not valid so they don’t have to give people credits they did it as a courtesy im sure.

This deal should probably be removed because it is a glitch! I called and they wouldn’t credit me like they did some (which is fine, it wasn’t mine in the first place) but they did say paypal is fully aware of the glitch and they are getting rid of it
It’s a hoax. Just hung up with Paypal and they said it is an error. Of course I bought something thinking I had $10 but he said that they are in the middle of an update and the system “accidentally” gave people Ebay gift cards. They are NOT valid.
Nope, nothing for me. But I did have $5 off my next puritan’s pride purchase, so i’ll see what I can get with that!
also called Paypal. they said it is an “update error.” they said they will remove it from the account and apologized. they must have gotten many calls today because it said ” we experience high traffic”

Just reading these old posts. Had problems sending PayPal gifts. Not a good experience. Then I used The Bouxtie app and that fixed my gift card issues.
