A little bit off topic, but I bought one of the Hasbro games yesterday from Kmart. It said I would earn $2 in points, but I don’t see the points? When do they show, and where? Thank you!

Did you do store pick up? I’ve noticed my points won’t show up on my shop your way account until I pick up my item at the store.
@Melissa, did you use points to pay? If you used points and paid all with them then you will not get the $2.00 in points. You have to pay a minimum of .01 oop in order to earn those points. HTH
It has to either ship or be ready for in store pick up then your points will appear if they don’t call cs they are super nice and helpful
I did use points to pay for it, so maybe that’s why. Bummer. But I’ll check again after I pick up to make sure if I get them then. Thanks for the the help!

Wow it’s amazing the freebies..I was at kmart today..I’m not sure I would chose to shop there if it wasn’t for the surprise points anyone else think there cashiers and customer service extremely slow? Maybe it’s just there computer systems

I don’t understand how to use these points. It shows $27 in surprise points. However, it will not apply them.
That happened to me yesterday but today it finally applied I would do the chat with customer service while you’re at checkout if you still have problems

I’m not sure about online but in store when you check out cashier should see you have point available. They will ask for your phone number..be sure to check stipulations to points. I could not buy anything that was a grocery item
You can use them online. When you checkout it will ask you if you want to apply them. But check the exclusions before you buy.
Yay! I received $20 in points. I don’t ever shop at Kmart or Sears as there isn’t one anywhere near me and I refuse to pay for shipping, but I will be visiting family this week and they have a Kmart in the town next to them. I was able to get 4 board games (the $4.99 ones Collin posted the other day) for FREE. This will be a great thing to add to our Toys for Tots drive. Thanks!

The accounts have been messed up. Sign in on Kmart or Sears .com and see if they show up

I get emails from them saying “20,000 in surprise points” and I get all excited but then when I log in it will say I have to purchase like $100 in sporting goods or something like that. I have never just gotten surprise points to spend on anything. I wonder how you get these?

Thanks for the heads up! I had the 20000 surprise points along with 10000 surprise points at kmart!!! Thats $30 to spend. I usually never bother with syw but for $30 i will see what i can get!
I never get emails from them. I have tried to find a place on the site to fix this and I can’t seem to find it (I am using the mobile site because my PC isn’t working). I did log in and have $5 in surprise point yesterday but nothing today. $20 would be super sweet!!
