    I ordered a purse and it came in horrible condition. After I placed my order I noticed a spot on the picture so I emailed them. THey assured me it was in good condition. It wasn’t. So now my 50% code is invalid and I will only receive store credit for the cash I paid.

        Bought three items and saved over 100$. A sweater, a pair of jeans, and a cardigan sweater. The customer service rep told me to purchase my items and they would give me the 50% refund, I still have store credit! The refund went through almost instantly!

    I HATE this place! They overcharged me $20 then wouldn’t fix it! They said they’d hold my order until it was fixed but they didn’t! (That way i would have to pay to return) I even opened a claim in paypal and paypal couldn’t fix it since the company said “final sale.” I left them a bad review on facebook so they blocked me.
