I saved my TRUS to my google wallet and when downloading the app it just says waiting so I can check my wallet from the computer? Awesome!

hi did anyone have their purchase pending? it says that my payment is being processed and could take as much as 3 hours. Did anyone else get this message?

I did the gc is there but i am not able to see the gift code. When I click on the reveal gift code, it says my payment is being processed. Not sure what is happening.
I got this “purchase pending” notice as well. About 30 seconds later, I got an email from Discover (I used my Discover card for the purchase) saying they detached fraud and needed me to verify whether or not my purchase through Gyft was actually made by me. I verified this on Discover’s website, but then Discover told me that “Any declined transactions would need to be tried again,” so I hope it works! FYI Hope that helps someone
I got the same thing, so I canceled. Chase sent me something from fraud protection asking about the transaction. When I tried to redo, my code wasn’t valid anymore. It’s a bit worrisome.
I got a confirmation about half an hour later. But when my husband created an account and tried to place an order, he got the same payment pending message and abt 10 minutes later, his order got cancelled.

I just want everybody know that you will get charge tax on this. I check my credit card and they was 5.00 and 1.00 on the card for a 10.00 amazon card still a good deal $4.00 free money.
You can’t charge tax on a gift card – that $1 charge is probably a temporary verification of your payment method and will not actually post to your account.
Doreen, that $1 charge will most likely disappear. Credit cards often put temporary holds on cards to ensure they’re valid before charging the full amount. Gift cards are not taxable in most states.
Also, I just went directly to Gyft and registered using Facebook. It posts the $5 code immediately on the screen and you can copy/paste it. The only thing you need to go to your e-mail for is if you pay using Google Wallet and need to claim the additional $5 Toys R Us gift card.

Yep, I got a ‘failed verification’ message, signed out of Gyft, and tried signing back in, and then I was told “suspicious activity, check email”. i went to check email, where I got a message saying ‘fill this form to reactivate account’. I clicked on the link and it took me to a page saying ‘upload color copy of your drivers license’ to verify account. REALLY?!? This sounds like suspicious in itself, sorry, gyft, I am not sending color copies of my ID to anyone.

I got the exact same message! I would check your bank account though because mine is already showing a Paypal deduction of $5. I did all the steps correctly. I went back and tried to enter the code again after the error message and it said code is no longer valid. Should have known this was too good to be true 😞
google wallet is not showing as a payment option for me. Can anyone help?
I am not sure but I think is only if you already have and use wallet , you should be logged in automatically.
Are you on an apple device? If so it isn’t going to show up.

Just a heads up, I just checked and Toys r Us black Friday deals are online now! So if you were able to score the $5 gyft card you might want to check it out. I grabbed a train table set for my daughter for $39,99 – $5 gyft card with free in store pick up! They also had Frozen look and find books for $5.99 so only 99 cents if you have the $5 gyft card and can do in store pick up!
How did you find your Toys R Us gift card code after making the gyft purchase?
they sent it in an e-mail. you click on claim it and then you have to download google wallet on your phone. I did this and as soon as I opened the app and you click on use gift card it will show you the toys r us gift card
Is the email from Toys R Us or Gyft or Google Wallet? I still don’t see anything from any of them, except one from Gyft saying that my purchase was completed. But the email doesn’t mention the Toys R Us.

It says you will receive the toys r us gift card in our mailbox which I assume means your e-mail acct you signed up with.

Did you click the email link to save it to google wallet? Once u do it will be listed under giftcards in google wallet.

Please be careful!!! We got the gift cards one on my credit card and one on my husbands now we ran to the store to pick up some cool whip and my card was declined, and so is my husbands it said our cards were not valid.
The last time this happened I had bought something online and my bank said it was fraudulent and froze my card. Now I have to wait to call and get it fixed because its a holiday weekend. So much for Black Friday shopping tomorrow. We had put aside some money to take care of all the kids presents tomorrow too. I am happy for the gift cards but this stinks. Oh well maybe God’s trying to tell me not to go out shopping tomorrow. 🙂

They must have changed the terms. Should’ve checked out yesterday! Now, they only allow redemption of the $5 on $15. Still good, but really messed up the card I WANTED to purchase, which was only available in $10 or $25 🙁 Still a nice deal.

Total Bait & Switch! Very annoyed would have not signed up if gift card purchase on my end was more than $5. On phone with customer service, very unhelpful, telling me those are the terms and conditions. Which I questioned them why were the terms and conditions different 2 days ago…..bad business practice IMHO.

If you’re trying to use the toysrus gift card online, don’t copy and paste it. I tried and tried to get it to work, but it wouldn’t and as soon as I typed the gift card number in our worked! Scared me for a minute! Loved this deal! I scored a $10 applebees card for $5 and got the free $5 toysrus card. Thanks for sharing!
This is a scam. I purchased the $10 Starbucks gift card the other day and applied my $5 gyft card and instead of charging my account $5 they charged $10. Now when I try to use it again it tells me that I must purchase at least $15 even though this is not stated anywhere on their website. I see (above) that several people have had issues with their banks and credit cards on this site. Run away. This is not worth it.
