Store Coupons/Deals:
Cub Foods: Tip from reader Stacey – “Cub Foods is offering a VERY nice gift card promotion right now…Buy $100 in participating gift cards, get a $20 grocery coupon to use in the store! Amazon, Visa, Mastercard, Applebees, IHOP and ITunes are included. I bought several Amazon cards (in separate transactions) for items we were going to purchase on Amazon anyway since there isn’t any added cost to buying their gift cards and we will buy a few more Visa cards ($5.95 purchase fee) for future gas purchases. We have gotten several of these $20 coupons in return. Free groceries! Awesome!”
Charming Charlie: Tip from reader Emilee – “I received a $15 off any purchase coupon from Charming Charlie in the mail. It’s valid until 12/24. I thought you could give the other hipsters a heads up to check their mail.”

In MN that Cub promotion was last week. Bought $3500 dollars in visa cards for my boys to use on the road working and have grocery money for the next 2 months! This week is spend $100 get $10, so look for cards with no activation fees. You can also choose 2x the fuel rewards for every $50 card purchase. The ones shown are Amazon, Kohls and iTunes, but check for more in store. Be sure if you purchase more than one, to ring them up separately as the fine print reads for “every $100 PURCHASE or more.”
I wish I loved anything as much as that model loves that colgate toothbrush, lol..
Ha! Usually that’s the look I get while clutching a burrito 😉
Am I the only one who, at first glance, though she was happy about a pregnancy test instead of a brush/pen combo???? I seriously had to double take that one.
Anyone that can help or give advice… I’m about to cash out my Saving Star app and I’m a little leery about doing bank deposit. I don’t have pay pal and don’t want to set one up but is it unsafe to give my bank account info? Has anybody cashed out this way and had problems? Thanks!
