The e-gift card promotion was on the summary before I hit the “place order” button, but it is not showing in the e-mail confirmation. I entered in my old navy credit card info so I could use rewards. Does the e-gift card show up in the confirmation e-mail?
Same for me… I got a super cash confirmation but not a $20 egift card confirmation for going through visa checkout. Did anyone get a confirmation for the e gift card? I did see it at checkout before I confirmed my order.

I have been anxiously wondering the same thing. On the Visa Checkout site, it states that if there is any question about a promotion or special offer, we need to contact the merchant. My order is still “processing” and hasn’t shipped yet. I’m hoping that the gift card is delayed only until the order ships.

In the fine print of the offer it says it can take up to three business days to process. I ordered on Thursday night so that would mean tomorrow would be the third business day.
If it doesn’t come, I don’t know if I’ll try to push for it or just return the items I purchased.

Yay! Just got my $20 e-gift card emailed today. It’s been longer than 3 days, so hang in there if you haven’t rec’d it yet. Also, my original purchase price was just over $50, with discounts paid $33…..and STILL qualified.
I called Old Navy @ 2am this morning and they sent me the credit at 11:30 am. Don’t know if you need to call but, may help speed it up.
