I wanted to give everyone a heads up that Kohl’s free shipping for spending $50 is very slow! I don’t know if they have a Christmas guarantee or not but if they don’t I would probably think twice about using it. I ordered something we needed for tomorrow on December 1st and although the shipping schedule Kohl’s gave me looked good, it hasn’t shown up yet and after tracking it, it looks like it won’t arrive until atleast Monday, the 15th. Just wanted to give a heads up.
Kohls is great any other time of the year, but they’re definitely not prepared for Christmas time. With more and more people doing online shopping instead of going to the store, they need to step it up. I realize that some things are out of their control, but when my item says in fulfillment for more than a week, it tells me they need to fix there system.
